Our Rosé is a delightful result of our Cabernet Sauvignon production. Our Rosé production uses a technique, known by the French name, “saigneé”, for concentrating Cabernet Sauvignon by bleeding off a portion of the juice after almost no skin contact. The juice is allowed to cold ferment slowly for over 3 weeks resulting in a light, flavorful, and fruity Rosé wine.

Tasting Notes:

Our Rosé has a pretty, pale ruby red color. The wine displays fresh fruit aromas of honeydew melon and strawberry. On the palate it is dry and refreshing with a rich mouthfeel. Flavors of fresh cherry, melon and stone fruit, with a hint of orange zest on the finish.

Serve chilled. Excellent paired with cheese, savory appetizers, and salmon or enjoy all by itself on a warm afternoon.
