What is a romantic dinner without an amazing bottle of Napa wine?

Start with a bottle of our 2022 Silenus Sparkling Brut Rosé. This wine will pair perfectly with light appetizers, a well-crafted cheese & charcuterie board, or even some of those Valentine’s Day chocolates.

With the main dish, we recommend the 2020 Silenus Cabernet Sauvignon. This deep, rich, full-bodied cab will pair beautifully with a filet mignon or rack of lamb.

For dessert, you’ve got to try the 2021 Silenus Late Harvest Sauvignon Blanc, with a beautiful honey feel and nice acidity to keep the wine balanced, this wine is perfect to serve with an after-dinner fruit and cheese tray, vanilla ice cream, or a creme brulee.
