This Rosé has a very pretty, translucent ruby-red color. It has an exuberant nose of cherry licorice, fruit punch and banana aromas. There is a rich texture on the palate but the wine remains fresh and fun. Flavors of cherry candy, watermelon, raspberry, and mandarin orange predominate.
The wine drinks great by itself or it can be paired with summer salads, hard white cheeses, or savory seasoned pork or chicken dishes.
