Hannah was born and raised in California, just south of the Napa Valley. She attended the University of California, Davis where she studied several foreign languages. She fell in love with the French language and the food and wines of France while living there during college. She decided to take some winemaking classes before graduating and became passionate about the wine industry.
After graduating she got a tasting room job at Arger-Martucci winery in St. Helena. Once she had worked there for a year she applied for a job at Silenus Winery. After only a year of working at Silenus she was promoted to Tasting Room Manager and then Wine Club Manager.
In addition to working in the wine industry, Hannah teaches aerial acrobatics and enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with her husband and two year old son.
