Hiro was born in the Nagano Prefecture of Japan, and came to came to California alongside his parents in the early 2000s. With a French trained chef/sommelier for a father, he was exposed to a diversity rich, food and wine centric lifestyle. To him, wine carries a sentimental value surrounded by memories of family, laughter, and great food.
Beginning here as a summer intern in 2019, he has worked in both production and tasting room to learn the ins and outs of the winery. Now, he is a full-time member in the tasting room.
